Description: Lot Patrols is looking for a highly motivated and dedicated individual to take on the role of Director of Commercial & Residential Lawn Care. This position requires a person of outstanding character, integrity, and drive. The ideal candidate will oversee lawn care operations for both commercial and residential clients, ensuring that high standards of service and customer satisfaction are consistently met. Experience in lawn care is advantageous, but we are willing to provide training for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
Leadership and Supervision: Lead and manage lawn care teams, ensuring that all work is performed to the highest quality standards. Provide training, support, and guidance to team members.
Service Planning and Implementation: Develop and implement effective service plans and strategies tailored to the needs of both commercial and residential clients. Ensure efficient and timely delivery of services.
Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality control standards to ensure customer satisfaction. Address any issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
Scheduling and Coordination: Coordinate schedules, manage client communications, and handle service inquiries. Ensure that all appointments are met and services are delivered as promised.
Business Growth: Drive business growth by expanding service offerings and client base. Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Resource Management: Monitor and manage equipment and supply inventory. Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and available for use.
Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in lawn care is a plus, but not required. Willingness to learn and undergo training is essential.

Customer Relations: Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships. Excellent customer service skills.

Compensation:
Pay Structure: This is a pay per performance position with compensation structured on an equity draw basis. Potential for growth and increased earnings based on performance and company success.
Equity Draw: Earn a share of the company's profits based on performance. This position also earns ownership equity on a sliding scale based on time vested, offering increasing ownership the longer you remain with the company.
